Project for Côte d’Ivoire and the city of Abidjan due to begin construction in early 2024.

Spanning more than 40,000m2, the project comprises an open-air shopping centre built on 2 levels of parking and crowned by 3 towers that will house a hotel, offices, a medical centre and a roof-top restaurant. The project includes full development of the building architecture, detailed plans and interior design.
